Kerin and Herbst Invited to Appraisal Institute Panel

Dave Herbst will be the moderator of a panel featuring Attorney Mario Coppola of Berchem, Moses & Devlin, P.C., Bill O’Brien, MAI, CCMA, Assistant Assessor in Norwalk, Roger Palmer, MAI, Deputy Assessor in Middletown, and Chris Kerin, partner of Kerin & Fazio, LLC.

The course offering, entitled CT Case Studies in Ad Valorem Taxation, will investigate recent Superior Court decisions and their impact on the real estate appraisal industry.  The event is sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, and will take place following the Connecticut Chapter of the Appraisal Institute dinner on April 18th.
