Chris Kerin will be on a panel of experts in an upcoming Environmental Law Committee Program. Moderated by Ron Brien, Esquire from the Law Office of Ronald J. Brien, the panel will discuss the potential widening of I-95. Chris Kerin will be joined by John Louizos, Esquire from Curits, Brinkerhoff & Barrett, PC and Thomas J. Maziarz, Bureau Chief, Policy & Planning, CT Department of Transportation. The program entitled “My Clients Are in Panic Mode Because I-95 May Be Widened!”, will address what every attorney needs to know about eminent domain, property appraisal and environmental impact.
