Southbury’s Heritage Landmark Sold

Southbury’s Heritage Landmark office building sold on March 8, 2018 for a reported $2,125,00. The property was sold by CD Resources, LLC to RNL, LLC for approximately $82/square foot. The seller had originally acquired the land in 1999 for $250,000, subsequently constructing the multi-tenant office building in 2000. The buyer purchased the property for investment purposes.

The 25,858 square foot, multi-tenant building is two stories and contains a finished lower-level. At the time of sale, the lower-level had vacant space while the first and second floor were fully leased. The building features elevator access to all floors, a wet sprinkler system, and a full security, surveillance, and key-card access system.

The uniquely designed building is situated on 2.4 acres of land in northern Southbury.  Nearby properties include Heritage Village, a 2,580-unit retirement community, and the Heritage Hotel, Conference Center, and Golf Course. The site benefits from being conveniently located a mile and a half from Interstate-84 and in close proximity to local restaurants and shopping centers.
